Assign VCS Providers

A VCS provider must be assigned to an environment to enable VCS-driven (GitOps) workspaces as well as publishing modules within an environment.

While the VCS relationship can be viewed on the environment page, it is assigned to the environment on the VCS provider page under integrations:
